This event has become the largest surf contest in south San Diego County with over 120 competitors in 10 different divisions and hundreds of spectarors as well as music, prizes and other entertainment.

UAPO is inviting its member surfers in Ensenada for the 2nd. time to compete in this event. For the first time south San Diego County and Baja California surfers will join together in a day of competition and celebration of our collective coastal region. The event will provide not only the first organized surfing competition experience for many under-served youths in south San Diego County and Baja California, but also their first opportunity to engage with fellow surfers from across the border.

Both Wild Coast and UAPO seek to bridge the gap between Baja California and Southern California surfers and raise awareness about our shared environmental issues.
